This includes a seasoned network with backgrounds in finance, IT, auditing, governance structures, and regulatory compliance, often with Big 4 Accounting Firm experience and holding certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor). Risk and Control Advisory LLC is composed of data analysts adept in leveraging advanced analytics and technology to identify and mitigate potential risks. Legal experts ensure insights to laws and regulations, while industry-specific consultants bring deep knowledge of the particular challenges and risks inherent in sectors such as healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. We provide comprehensive risk assessments, develop robust control frameworks, and offer strategic advice to help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their overall risk management capabilities.​

Chris has over 20 years of experience supporting Boards, CEOs, CFOs, and CAEs with their risk management, internal control, internal audit, compliance and governance programs. He provides clients with timely, data-driven insights on risk exposure, allowing clients to make well-informed decisions to improve operations and meet objectives.

Chris has led multiple risk management, internal controls and internal audit functions where he built functions from scratch and improved the effectiveness of mature functions. Chris leverages his expertise in finance, auditing, IT systems, data science and analytics, and business management to assist clients with developing risk management, compliance and audit functions that are right-sized for their organization and aligned with relevant standards and leading practices.
